How to apply

General

The TBU Summer Schools 2025 activities will take place in August 2025.
Apart from the course itself, the fee also includes accommodation in the Halls of Residence, breakfasts and various social events. Visit the sections Practical and Events on this website.
To apply for the event, please follow the steps below.

Deadlines for onsite courses:
    ● Early bird: 30 April (the results will be known in mid-May).
    ● Regular: 31 May (the results will be known in mid-June). 

Deadlines for online courses:
● Early bird: 30 April
● Regular: 31 July

The number of participants is limited. We strongly advise you to submit your application and complete the application process as soon as possible. Only then can you have guaranteed your participation in the summer school. All admitted participants will receive an acceptance letter by email. Participants without the official letter will not be accepted.

Making an application in two steps

1. Fill in and submit the ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
(Do not forget to attach your CV and photo in the allowed format.)
After filling in and submitting the application form you should receive a confirmation to your e-mail address.

2. Make a payment
Payments will be accepted only in euros and the participants are required to cover all costs related to the payment transaction. When making the payment, please use the provided specific and variable code. All participants will receive a payment confirmation by email.

Payment deadlines:
    ● The discounted "Early Bird" fee must be paid by 30 April 2024 at the latest. Later payments for the 1st round of the application process will not be accepted.
    ● The payment deadline for the "Regular" fee is 31 May 2024 at the latest.

Once the payment has been made, the application process is complete.

Reimbursement

● Cancelation for any reason before 10 July : 85% of the fee can be reimbursed.
● Cancelation for any reason before 31 July : 70% of the fee can be reimbursed. After 31 July, the fee can be reimbursed only on the grounds of the participant having been refused a visa.
● Cancelation because of refusal of a visa until 4 August : 85% of the fee can be reimbursed.
● Cancelation for any reasons after 4 August : the fee cannot be reimbursed.

Please do not forget to inform us about the progress of the visa process (date of appointment at the embassy, date of result, etc.)
